Any contractor awarded a project funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act must report employment data no later than the 10th day of the following month.
See special provisions for details.

All contractors and subcontractors working on NDOR Federal-aid projects during the pay period preceding July 31, 2010 (the week of July 18-24, 2010) must prepare and submit Form FHWA-1391.  The Form FHWA-1391 must be mailed or faxed to the NDOR DBE Office by August 13, 2010.  
The Form and detailed Instructions are available from the NDOR “DBE Information” web page.
NOTE:  Form FHWA-1391 has been revised for 2010 and any versions other than “Rev 03-07” which is currently on the website will not be accepted.
