E.E.O. CONTRACTOR SELF-ANALYSIS FORM for 2010

All contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants that work on NDOR projects (State and/or Federal funded) are required to submit an E.E.O. Contractor Self-Analysis Form annually during the month of January.  Self-Analysis Forms for 2010 must be submitted to the NDOR Highway Civil Rights/DBE Office and must be received by January 31, 2010. Forms submitted in 2010 are valid through January 31, 2011.
