Nebraska DBE Unified Certification Program (NUCP)


All contractors and subcontractors working on NDOR Federal-aid projects during
the pay period preceding July 31, 2009 (the week of July 19-25, 2009)
must prepare and submit an FHWA Form PR-1391. 
The PR-1391 Form must be mailed or faxed to the NDOR DBE Office by
August 15, 2009.
