A Bidder's Conference for this Project will be held at the Holiday Inn/Ameristar located at 2202 River Road, Council Bluffs, Iowa on Thursday, February 5, 2004 at 1:30 PM. The purpose of this conference is to allow Bidders to ask questions concerning this project and receive answers to the questions. Attendance at this Conference is strongly encouraged.
This Project contains a DBE Goal as indicated in the "Notice to Contractors".
Please check the important letting information on the website frequently.
Bidding Proposal Forms for this work will be
issued and a contract awarded ONLY to a contractor who has been previously
approved to bid on this Cable-Stayed Bridge.
