It's time for the mandatory completion of FHWA Form PR-1391 by all
contractors and subcontractors working on Federal-Aid projects

FORM 1391 is on the DBE page of the NDOR Website,
AND WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT AS IN THE PAST.
