Work Study

 Norris High School Senior, Derek Adkins, has been working as an NDOR intern in our Operations Division during the past school year. Derek has been performing general office duties, including creating spreadsheets, working in MS Word and similar programs, and handling visitor check-in for the Division. A graduation reception was held for Derek by the Division, and he'll continue to assist us as a temporary employee until he starts college this fall. Derek will be studying business administration.

Internships

Students work in lieu of
attending classes and may receive college credit for their Internship.

Guidelines and time periods are established by each educational
institution. Some Internships may be required for graduation.

Job Shadowing

We offer a wide variety of job-shadowing
experience for high school juniors and seniors. Shadowing gives students a chance to ask questions and really see what a job is like.

Job Shadowing aids in decision making in the educational pursuit of a career.

Co-Op

Students work in lieu of attending
classes and receive college credit.

institution. Required for graduation.
