Proposed Construction: This project will include major grading to reduce the hills and valleys to increase passing and intersection sight distance and provide flatter side slopes. The pavement will be replaced with 2-12’ lanes in each direction, with a 40’ depressed median and 8’ surfaced outside shoulders to provide a four-lane divided roadway. Drainage structure will be extended. Access control will be acquired and frontage roads constructed to reduce the number of direct accesses to N 133.
