A BIDDER'S CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR PROJECT STPD-75-4(103) AT THE WINNEGAGO TRIBAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 100 BLUFF STREET, IN WINNEBAGO, NE. THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONFERENCE IS
TO ALLOW BIDDERS TO ASK QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROJECT AND RECEIVE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS. THE INDIAN PREFERENCE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING PREAPPROVAL
OF THE EMPLOYEE WAIVER WILL BE DISCUSSED. ATTENDANCE AT THIS CONFERENCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
