internet bids from authorized bidders thru Bid Express. To become
an authorized bidder please fill out DR
Form 173 and send it in to the contracts office. Questions on NDOR procedures

Any contractor awarded a project funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act must report employment data no later than the 10th day of the following month. See special provisions for details.
