 The information provided below is not to be used for bidding or construction purposes.

- Cold Mix will not be allowed for bond breaker repair.

- Contractor will have option of High Early PCC @ access points.

- Allow 24' paving.

- No white topping on the shoulders.

- Allow string-less paving.

- Require the contractor to provide a minimum 8' roadway in each direction for local traffic regardless of either paving 12' at a time or 24' all at once.

- Payments for concrete will be: Labor by sq. yd. and material cu. yd.

- Joint spacing will be 6' x 6' panels and all sealed with small segments of different spacing and unsealed, as determined NDOR.

- Surfaced shoulders cannot be used as haul road.
